­ 　　11月21日，針對(duì)所謂“限韓令”傳言， 外交部發(fā)言人耿爽回應(yīng)：我沒有聽說過。

­　　首先，我沒有聽說所謂的“限韓令”。第二，中方對(duì)中韓之間的人文交流一直持積極態(tài)度。但相信大家也能理解，兩國(guó)之間的人文交流是需要有民意基礎(chǔ)的。第三，中方堅(jiān)決反對(duì)美國(guó)在韓國(guó)部署“薩德”反導(dǎo)系統(tǒng)，這一立場(chǎng)也是眾所周知的。中國(guó)民眾也對(duì)此表達(dá)了不滿，相信有關(guān)方面應(yīng)該注意到了這種情緒。

­　　First and foremost, I have never heard about any restriction on the ROK. Second, the Chinese side is always positive to people-to-people and cultural exchanges with the ROK. However, I believe you can all understand that such kind of exchanges should be based on public support. Third, the Chinese side"s steadfast opposition to the deployment of THAAD by the US in the ROK is well known to all. The Chinese public has voiced their dissatisfaction as well. Relevant parties must have taken note of that.

­　　對(duì)于這樣一個(gè)程序和法律適用牽強(qiáng)附會(huì)，證據(jù)和事實(shí)認(rèn)定漏洞百出的仲裁案，中國(guó)人民根本不會(huì)接受，國(guó)際上一切主持公道的人們也都不會(huì)認(rèn)同……現(xiàn)在，這場(chǎng)鬧劇已經(jīng)結(jié)束，是回到正確軌道的時(shí)候了。

­　　The arbitration was conducted according to unwarranted procedure and application of law, and was based on flawed evidence and facts. Such as it is, it will never be accepted by the Chinese people. Nor will it be recognized by anyone in the world who stands on the side of justice... Now the farce is over. It is time that things come back to normal.
